In the event of the FTGate application and Database services no longer responding correctly, this is the process to reset them.

  1. In the FTGate folder open a command prompt
  2. Type FTGateIconAdmin -stopall
  3. FTGateIconAdmin -remove
  4. At this stage both the FTGate service should be removed
    and there should be no ftgate services in place
  5. FTGateIconAdmin -install
  6. FTGateIconAdmin -start
