Network profile :

Select the network profile to connect for message delivery. Users of Broadband or other permanent connection should use the LAN network profile

Delivery mode :

The delivery mode controls when to open a connection for message delivery.

  • Never Connect

  • Immediately

  • ETRN

  • Conditional

Conditional

When in conditional mode these settings will cause delivery to start

  • Message count

  • Message age

  • Priority message

Encryption

This setting specifies whether FTGate should send encrypted data

  • No encryption

  • Encrypt all data using SSL

  • Allow encryption using TLS

  • Require encryption using TLS

Maximum concurrent sends

Specifies the maximum number of concurrent sends permitted

SMTP inactivity timeout

The period after the last data transfer when it is assumed the link has been lost and the connection should be closed
