Filter Whitelist

The whitelist is used to identify known sources of messages that you do not want to filter. If a message has a whitelisted sender then all SMTP filtering will be bypassed for that message and the WL flag will be set for the filter rule processing.

Note:

If the SMTP service uses a different filter policy to the domain, then the whitelisted address must appear in both lists.

Include address books

When this option is selected then all the address books and mailing lists stored in the FTGate database (not ODBC databases) are included in the whitelist.
